Her innate sensibility and talent for creative style and image naturally segued into her work as a fashion editor and celebrity stylist, working with celebrities such as Julia Roberts, Dustin Hoffman, Sarah Jessica Parker, Steve Martin, Jodie Foster, Dolly Parton, and Shirley MacLaine. Geffen designed costumes for sitcoms and produced fashion shows for many trendy designers.
As a print producer, she organized and managed effective teams to implement successful advertising campaigns.
